Over the course of three years you will enjoy hands-on learning and responsibility through a series of placements:

During Year 1, you will develop a deep understanding of us and the industry, while beginning your leadership development. We’ll set challenges that embed your learning, and also highlight areas of improvement to address.

In Year 2, your responsibility, exposure and autonomy will grow. You’ll learn how to make the most of your specific, individual talents – the unique things you bring to the business.

In Year 3, your development will focus on sharpening your strategic thinking, and ensuring you’re ready to transition into the business. There will be opportunities to reflect on your strengths, individual needs and prospective career pathways.
